Medium fruity extra virgin olive oil, made with a blend of Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Borgiona varieties; important structure, fragrant in the pleasant bitter and spicy sensations that confirm the polyphenolic integrity of the raw material. The structural characteristics of the oil enhance the taste of the meat; the taste harmony is enhanced by the simple bruschetta, but also by the vegetable pinzimonio, cereal and legume soups and cooked vegetables sautéed in a pan.
Our first extra virgin olive oil of the season, cold pressed and obtained from unripe olives, rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. It is characterized by a medium / intense fruitiness, spicy prevails on the palate, while the bitterness is medium. It gives pleasant herbaceous notes, hints of tomato, fresh almond and artichoke. Our company tells the story of Ulisse Agostinucci, an oil master with over 25 years of experience behind him and of my grandfather, Nazzareno Rogari, a family man with a great entrepreneurial spirit and driven by a love for things well done.
Thanks to their commitment, Brecce Rosse has become a solid reality in the world of oil production: combining their experiences, the two founders have created a latest generation oil mill.
