The bag-in box packaging allows to keep intact all the organoleptic characteristics of our extra virgin olive oil. The practical tap does not let the air come into contact with our product.
Peculiarity: medium fruity extra virgin olive oil, made with a blend of Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Borgiona varieties; important structure, fragrant in the pleasant bitter and spicy sensations that confirm the polyphenolic integrity of the raw material; hints of artichoke leaves, aromatic herbs and pine nuts.
Pairings:the structural characteristics of the oil enhance the taste of grilled meat; the taste harmony is enhanced by the simple bruschetta, but also by the vegetable pinzimonio, cereal and legume soups and cooked vegetables sautéed in a pan.
